It’s the Combination That Makes a Winning Solution By Kyle Chumas If you explore the landscape of learning and training over the last decade, you will see a myriad of products and solutions that have been developed to support the “e-learning revolution.” Technology solutions, like Learning Management Systems (LMS), are available if you are looking for a way to deliver your learning content to end- users. If you don’t have any content, and don’t want to create it yourself, there are providers you can purchase content from, or they can help you create customized content for your organization. Some solution providers offer a mix of both technology and content to support your initiative. But, each of the solutions I mentioned have their own shortcomings. themselves.
